Publishing on Instagram

    Connect your Instagram Business account

    One-time setup: link your IG Business profile in the brand settings. Takes about a minute.

    You only need to do this once per brand. We store credentials in a private, encrypted table — never visible client-side.

    Pick a content pillar (or let us pick)

    Educate, Story, Proof, Behind-the-scenes… we rotate pillars automatically so your feed never feels one-note.

    You can override the pillar on any single post if you have a specific angle in mind.

    Generate — solo posts or in bulk

    Hit generate and you get a caption, hashtag set, image prompt and an AI-generated image in your brand style.

    Bulk mode: generate a whole week in one click. Every Instagram post always includes an image (never text-only).

    Edit anything you want

    Tweak the caption, swap the image, adjust hashtags. Click Save — the calendar shows an 'Edited' badge so you know it's your version.

    Drop it on the calendar

    Drag-and-drop to schedule. Each brand has time-slot rules so posts land at the right hour.

    Auto-publish — or publish now

    At the scheduled time we post to Instagram automatically. Prefer manual? Hit 'Publish now' on any post at any time.

    If Instagram's API hiccups, we retry with exponential backoff up to 5 times. Failed posts show a big 'Publish now' button right in the calendar popup.

Scheduled posts show in the calendar with clear status: draft, scheduled, publishing, published, failed. Failed posts get a big 'Publish now' button right in the popup.
